April 21 (SeeNews) - Romanian agricultural machinery manufacturer Mecanica Ceahlau [BSE:MECF] said that its net profit rose by 7.88% year-on-year to 1.86 million lei ($413,646/377,244 million euro) in 2022, just 2% below its forecast.
