July 27 (SeeNews) - Romania's anti-trust regulator said on Thursday it has fined IT companies Siveco and Intrarom 8 million lei ($2.03 million/1.75 million euro) for rigging a public tender procedure organized by the Paying and Intervention Agency for Agriculture in 2008.
