September 19 (SeeNews) - SOF Connect, the concessionaire of Bulgaria's Vasil Levski Sofia Airport, and local solar power plant manufacturer Hydroenergy Company (HEC) have signed an agreement to build a photovoltaic (PV) power plant with a capacity of almost 5 MW at the airport by the end of 2026, SOF Connect said on Friday.
