February 13 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Doverie United Holding [BUL:DUH] said it finalised the sale of its subsidiary United Health Insurance Fund Doverie to Netherlands-headquartered insurer Generali CEE Holding, part of Italy’s Generali Group, for 22 million levs ($11.7 million/11.2 million euro).
