July 1 (SeeNews) - A consortium of Serbian company Gemmax Gradnja and Montenegro's Viamont has submitted the best bid in an 18 million euro ($20.5 million) tender for the design and construction of a road over the Grdjevica stream that passes through Montenegro's top Adriatic resort of Budva, the Budva municipality said.
