October 15 (SeeNews) - Slovenia’s state-owned power utility Holding Slovenske Elektrarne (HSE) said that together with its subsidiaries ECE and Energija Plus, it has signed contracts to install new solar power plants with a total capacity of over 10 MW on the roofs of public buildings across several municipalities.
