May 22 (SeeNews) - Romania's electricity and natural gas distributor Delgaz Grid, a subsidiary of German utility E.ON, power grid operator Transelectrica, and Bulgaria's Electricity System Operator (ESO) have secured around 104 million euro ($120.7 million) in EU funding under the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) for the CARMEN smart grid project, Delgaz Grid said on Friday.
