June 30 (SeeNews) - A consortium of Austria's Strabag and its Montenegrin unit, Crnagoraput, has submitted the best bid in Montenegro's 7.3 million euro ($8.3 million) tender for the revamp of an existing bridge and the construction of a new one over the Moraca River in the capital Podgorica, the government's transport administration said.
