September 30 (SeeNews) - Romania’s competition authority said on Monday that it has approved the agreed takeover of local renewable energy producers Intertrans Karla, Bridgeconstruct and ATS Energy by the country's top oil and gas group OMV Petrom [BSE:SNP].
