Elena Novak has been working in the insurance sector for 10 years. She holds an MA in Economics from the Faculty of Economics and Business in Zagreb, Croatia. In 2014, she joined the Allianz SE team in Munich, Germany, where she was responsible for the development and implementation of new insurance products in the group companies from Central and Eastern Europe. In September 2019, Elena was elected as a member of the Management Board and Chief Product Officer at Allianz Bulgaria.
