Dec 9, 2025December 9 (SeeNews) - The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) said on Tuesday it is lending 10 million euro ($11.7 million) to Serbia's 3 Banka to provide funding for energy efficiency and renewable energy projects in privately owned houses and apartment buildings.
