June 10 (SeeNews) - The operator of the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) said it will distribute a gross dividend of 3,000 denars ($59.2/48.6 euro) per share for 2020, equal to the dividend payout for 2019.
The MSE will distribute a total of 8.4 million denars out of its 2020 profit as dividend, it said in a notice on Wednesday.
The bourse generated a net profit of 13.4 million denars in 2020, slightly lower than 13.5 million denars profit booked in 2019.
Sparkasse Bank Makedonija, member of Austria's Steiermarkische Sparkasse Group, was the largest shareholder in the MSE at at the end of last year, holding a 15.97% stake, the bourse operator's latest annual financial statement shows.
Local lenders Komercijalna Banka and TTK Banka follow with a 9.99% stake each, Stopanska Banka with a 9.92% stake and Eurostandard Banka with a 9.89% stake. Among the other minority shareholders is also the Zagreb Stock Exchange, which owns 5.30% of the MSE.
