August 24 (SeeNews) - Serbia's central government debt widened by 0.8% month-on-month to 24.4 billion euro ($27.5 billion) at end-July, data from the country's Public Debt Administration (PDA) showed.
The debt was equivalent to 72.5% of gross domestic product (GDP), up from 71.9% at the end of June, the data indicated.
Including non-guaranteed debt of local governments, the general government debt increased 0.8% to 24.8 billion euro, or 73.6% of GDP.
