May 10 (SeeNews) - Prices at Serbia's restaurants and hotels rose by an annual 10% in April and were 1% higher month-on-month, the country's statistical office said on Friday.
In annual terms, the cost of overnight accommodation marked the highest rate of increase, of 13.5%, in April, followed by the cost of non-alcoholic beverages with a 10.4% rise, the statistical office said in a statement.
In monthly terms, prices of overnight accommodation rose by 2.2% in April.
In March, Serbia's restaurant and hotel prices increased 9.7% on the year and were 1.1% higher than in January. Prices in the hospitality sector rose by an average 14.2% last year.
