May 10 (SeeNews) - Montenegro’s average net wage is expected to increase to 1,000 euro ($1,080) by the end of the year, prime minister Milojko Spajic said.
"The average salary will be 1,000 euro by the end of this year, as we said and promised, that will happen,” said Spajic as seen in a video posted by the government on Thursday.
Montenegro’s real net wage in March totalled 825 euro, according to the latest data from the statistical office.
Montenegro’s consumer prices increased by an annual 5.5% in March.
