August 23 (SeeNews) - The value of Bulgarian bank deposits by the non-government sector rose 9.2% on the year to 65.6 billion levs ($38 billion/33.6 million euro) at end-July, slowing from a 9.5% annual growth in June, the Bulgarian National Bank (BNB) said on Tuesday.
Corporate deposits climbed by an annual 10.2% to 18.1 billion levs in July, softening from a 12.9% increase in the previous month, BNB said in its monetary statistics report.
On the other hand, the annual growth in household deposits quickened from 6.8% in June to 7% in July, when they amounted to 43.7 billion levs.
