March 28 (SeeNews) - The number of construction permits issued in Bosnia's Serb Republic totalled 180 in February, up 44% on the year, the entity's statistical office said.
The number of permits issued for residential and non-residential buildings stood at 74 in February and was unchanged compared to the same month of 2023, the Institute of Statistics of the Serb Republic said in a monthly report last week.
The number of permits for civil engineering projects rose 107.8% to 106 ones in February 2024.
The number of permits issued for dwellings increased 51.9% on the year to 770 last month.
The Serb Republic is one of two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Federation.
