April 16 (SeeNews) - Bosnia and Herzegovina's real estate company Standard Nekretnine [SAJ:SNKSR] said on Tuesday it raised its capital by 10 million marka ($5.4 million/5.1 million euro) by issuing new shares in a private placement.
Standard Nekretnine issued a total of 467,289 new shares with a nominal value of 21.4 marka each, intended for a known buyer, it said in a bourse filing, without revealing the name of the investor.
After the capital hike, Standard Nekretnine's share capital amounts to 18.2 million marka, divided into 848,274 shares of 21.4 marka in par value each.
Serbia's Delta Real Estate owned a 88.9% stake in Standard Nekretnine as of April 12, latest available data on the Sarajevo bourse shows.
Standard Nekretnine's shares last traded on the Sarajevo bourse on March 20, when they closed 14.29% higher at 2.40 marka.
