Wizz Air to launch flights from Bosnia's Sarajevo to Rome

The new service will be offered three times per week from October 29 to March 29, Wizz Air's flight schedule shows.

The Sarajevo International Airport said in October that Wizz Air UK Limited, owned by Wizz Air, has won a tender by the Tourism Association of the Sarajevo Canton for introducing flights to the airport, without revealing details about the planned flights.

The Sarajevo Canton is one of ten cantons making up the Federation, one of two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other entity is the Serb Republic.
