July 15 (SeeNews) - Turkey turned to a budget deficit of 3.4 billion Turkish lira ($1.6 billion/1.2 billion euro) in the first half of the year from a budget surplus of 3.1 billion lira a year ago, the country's finance ministry said on Tuesday.
