ANKARA (Turkey), September 15 (SeeNews) – Turkey turned to a budget deficit of 2.7 billion Turkish lira ($1.2 billion/943 million euro) in the first eight months of the year from a budget surplus of 231 million lira a year earlier, the country's finance ministry said on Monday.
