ISTANBUL (Turkey), July 15 (SeeNews) – A consortium of Turkish gaming companies Net Sans and Hitay has placed the biggest bid of $2.755 billion (2.025 billion euro) in the tender for the privatization of Turkey’s national lottery through granting a license for 10-year operational rights, the country’s privatization adiminsitration said Tuesday.
