April 26 (SeeNews) - Turkey's consumer confidence index decreased to 67.3 points in April from 72.5 points in March, the country's statistical office said.
The index stood at 80.2 points in April 2021.
The index measuring the financial situation expectations for the next 12 months went down 8.5% month-on-month to 63.9 points in April, TurkStat said in a statement last week.
The general economic situation expectation index fell 7.2% on a monthly comparison basis to 67.3 points in April.
The index measuring the assessment of spending money on durable goods in the next 12 months declined by 4.9% to 88.8 points.
