ANKARA (Turkey), January 13 (SeeNews) – Combined passenger traffic via Turkey's airports rose by 14.6% on the year to more than 150 million people, including transit passengers, in the past year, Turkey's General Directorate of State Airports Authority (DHMI) said. The number of passengers on domestic flights grew by 17.6% to 76.138 million people in 2013, while passengers on international flights went up by 11.8% to 73.393 million, Turkey’s transport minister Lutfi Elvan said in a statement on DHMI’s website on Sunday.
