SKOPJE (Macedonia), October 6 (SeeNews) – Turkish healthcare group Acibadem has acquired 50% of Macedonian privately-held clinic Sistina for 20 million euro ($26.7 million), Skopje-based media reported on Thursday.
Sistina, owned by local company Orka Holding, entered into strategic partnership with Acibadem in 2010, daily Dnevnik (www.dnevnik.com.mk) said.

Jordan Kamcev, the owner of Orka Holding, will be named as Sistina’s CEO while the position of financial director will be filled by a representative of Acibadem Group.
Skopje-based Sistina (www.sistina.com.mk) started operations in 2001.
