November 25 (SeeNews) - Floor areas of buildings granted construction permits increased by 39.2% in the first nine months of the year, according to figures from the Turkish Statistical Institute. The private sector had the highest share with 151.6 million square metres (87.6%) followed by the public sector with 18.8 million square metres (10.8%) and construction cooperatives with 2.8 million square metres (1.6%).
