September 18 (SeeNews) - Swedish outsourcing company Transcom plans to hire a further 150 employees at its call centre in Tuzla, central Bosnia, by the end of 2020.
Tuzla's potential has been recognised by Transcom's global team thanks to the high quality of German-speaking job candidates there, news portal Indikator.ba reported on Thursday.
Transcom entered Bosnia in July with the opening of the Tuzla centre where it already employs 50 people, according to the media report.
The call centre in Tuzla has been working on a customer support project for a foreign partner active in the retail of consumer electronics.
Transcom employs 26,000 customer experience specialists at 50 contact centres, and has a large network of home agents, across 22 countries. It delivers services in 33 languages to international brands in various industries, the company says on its website.
