N. Macedonia's Zito Polog plans loan from Komercijalna Banka

July 2 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's flour milling and baked goods company Zito Polog [MSE:ZPOG] said on Tuesday it plans to sign a 30 million denars ($523,297/487,614 euro) loan agreement with local lender Komercijalna Banka Skopje [MSE:KMB].

The planned loan’s maturity term is December 27, 2024, the company said in a bourse filing.

The company’s shareholders approved the planned loan agreement at a meeting earlier on Tuesday.

Zito Polog's shares have not traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange in the past year.
