October 18 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's lender UNI Banka [MSE:UNI] said its shareholders approved a proposal to distribute a gross dividend of 220 denars ($3.52/3.57 euro) per share for 2021. UNI Banka will distribute 120 million denars as dividend for last year starting November 17, it said in a bourse filing on Monday. The bank’s shares last traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange on Monday, at an average price of 3,295 denars, according to the latest available bourse data. (1 euro = 61.61 denars)
