October 19 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's Central Securities Depository said that local insurer Triglav Osiguruvanje [MSE:VROS], part of Slovenian insurance group Triglav, has increased its capital by 2.4 million denars ($37,655/38,289 euro) through a private placement. Triglav Osiguruvanje issued 47,120 ordinary shares, with a nominal value of 50 euro apiece, the securities depository said in a notice on Monday. Following the new share issue, Triglav Osiguruvanje's capital totals 5.4 million euro, divided into 107,120 ordinary shares of 50 euro in par value each. North Macedonia's Securities and Exchange Commission said earlier that the newly issued shares will be purchased by the insurer's parent company, Ljubljana-based Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d. (1 euro = 61.50 denars)
