February 28 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's Triglav Osiguruvanje [MSE:VROS], part of Slovenian insurance group Triglav, said on Tuesday that its net profit rose to 40.5 million denars ($696,578/656,221 euro) in 2022, from 28.4 million denars net profit booked a year earlier.
Triglav Osiguruvanje's revenue totalled 1.2 billion denars in 2022, up 15.2% year-on-year, the company said in an annual financial statement.
Net earned premiums rose 15.8% on the year to 1 billion denars.
The company's total expenses were 14.3% higher at 1.2 billion denars in 2022, whereas net claims incurred rose 20.6% to 567.1 million denars.
Triglav Osiguruvanje's shares have not traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) in the past year.
