N. Macedonia's Teteks repurchases own shares

June 19 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's textile products manufacturer Teteks [MSE:TETE] repurchased 19,118 of its own shares, equal to a 4.62% stake, the Skopje bourse said on Wednesday.

Teteks bought back the shares at a price of 3,150 denars ($54.9/51.2 euro) in one transaction on June 18, the Skopje bourse said in a notice.

Teteks' share capital is divided into 414,171 shares, each with a par value of 50.4 euro ($54.1).

The company's shares last changed hands in regular trading on June 14, at an average price of 3,000 denars.
