N. Macedonia's Teteks plans flat dividend for 2023

March 14 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's textile products manufacturer Teteks [MSE:TETE] said on Thursday that the company's board decided to distribute a gross dividend of 110 denars ($2/1.8 euro) per share for 2023, same as the previous year.

Teteks will distribute a total of 44.9 million denars as dividend for 2023, the company said in a bourse filing.

The company's shareholders will vote on the proposal at a meeting on April 19.

The company's net profit rose 39% year-on-year in 2023, reaching 94.3 million denars.

Teteks' shares last traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) on February 27, at an average price of 2,800 denars.
