N. Macedonia's Teteks minority stake trades in block deal

June 18 (SeeNews) - A total of 19,118 shares in North Macedonia's textile products manufacturer Teteks [MSE:TETE], representing 4.62% of its equity capital, switched hands in a block transaction worth 60.2 million denars ($1 million/977,349 euro), the Skopje bourse said on Tuesday.

The shares traded at 3,150 denars each in the block deal, the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) said in a notice.

The parties to the transactions were not disclosed.

Teteks' share capital is divided into 414,171 shares, each with a par value of 50.4 euro ($54.1).

The company's shares last changed hands in regular trading on June 14, at an average price of 3,000 denars.
