The property is located in the Gazi Baba municipality, Skopski Pazar said in a bourse filing on Tuesday.

The property previously housed the home improvement store Mr. Bricolage, according to local media reports.

In January, Lidl started works on a 80 million euro logistics centre near Kumanovo. In 2021, North Macedonia's government announced that Lidl intends to open several stores and build a logistics centre in the country that will serve as a supply hub for the supermarket chain.

Skopski Pazar's shares last traded on the Skopje bourse on May 22 at an average price of 6,790 denars per share.
