November 14 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) said it gave the green light to ProCredit Bank to increase its capital by 13 million euro ($13.4 million) through a private placement of a new share issue. ProCredit Bank will issue 2,600,000 ordinary shares at a price of 5 euro apiece, equal to their par value, SEC said in a statement on Friday. The newly issued shares will be purchased by the lender's sole owner - Germany-based ProCredit Holding. ProCredit Bank's share capital totalled 908.7 million denars ($15.2 million/14.7 million euro), divided into 2,957,351 ordinary shares of 5 euro in par value each, according to latest financial data available on its website.
