October 13 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) said on Thursday it gave the nod to asset management company Innovo Status to increase its capital by 80,000 euro ($77,798) through a private placement of a new share issue. Innovo Status will issue 80,000 ordinary shares at a price of 1 euro apiece, equal to the par value, the SEC said in a statement. The newly issued shares will be purchased by Sofia, Bulgaria-based ACM CONSULT EOOD, which is a permanent shareholder of the company, and by two individual investors. Innovo Status AD Skopje was founded in 2007. The key activity of the company is the establishment, organisation and management of investment funds. It is currently managing one open-ended investment fund – Innovo Status Shares, according to its website. ($ = 1.03 euro)
