October 18 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's construction company Granit [MSE:GRNT] announced that its shareholder Sava Penzisko Drushtvo AD Skopje sold its entire 8.32% stake in the company in a public auction held on October 12. Sava Penzisko Drushtvo AD Skopje owned 230,563 ordinary shares in Granit through its pension fund Sava Penziski Fond (SAVAz), Granit said in a bourse filing on Monday. Granit's share capital is divided into 3,071,377 shares of 5 euro in par value each. They last changed hands in regular trading on Monday, at an average price of 1,447 denars, according to the most recent bourse data available. Skopje-based Granit was established as a state-owned company in 1952 and privatised in 1996. Its main activities include construction and rehabilitation of roads. The company owns several concrete and asphalt plants and stone quarries. (1 euro = 61.61 denars)
