April 15 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's pension fund manager KB Prvo Penzisko Drustvo said that it will distribute a gross dividend of 38,000 denars ($735.8/614.1 euro) per share for 2020.
The company distributed a dividend of 51,250 denars per share for 2019.
KB Prvo Penzisko Drustvo's net profit amounted to 139.76 million denars last year, the company said in a bourse filing on Wednesday.
The company booked a net profit of 124.1 million denars in 2019, according to an earlier statement.
KB Prvo Penzisko Drustvo was established in 2005 by Slovenia's Prva Group and North Macedonia's largest lender - Komercijalna Banka, which hold stakes of 51% and 49%, respectively. The company manages two pension funds.
