October 27 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's bituminous materials producer BIM AD Sveti Nikole [MSE:BIM] said its net profit rose 27% year-on-year in the first nine months of 2022, to 37.8 million denars ($616,113/613,941 euro). BIM's operating revenue increased by 19% on the year in the January-September period, to 434.9 million denars, the company said in an interim financial statement on Wednesday. The company's domestic sales increased by 26% to 281.2 million denars, whereas sales abroad went up 9% to 150.8 million denars in the period under review. BIM's operating expenses rose 21% year-on-year in the nine months through September, to 405 million denars. BIM's shares last traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange on November 8, 2021, at an average price of 15,550 denars. Established in 1957, BIM has a portfolio of over a hundred products.
