Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) are seen rising by 11% year on year in 2024, to 50.3 million euro, Alkaloid said in a bourse filing.
Consolidated revenue is forecast at 295.5 million euro next year, up 12% compared to the amount projected for 2023. About 69% of next year's revenue is expected to be generated by exports.
The company plans to invest about 10% of the consolidated sales revenue next year as well as hire about 100 new employees in the country and a further 70 in its subsidiaries abroad.
The company's shares traded at an average price of 18,104 denars ($327.4/294 euro) on the Skopje bourse on Wednesday.
Alkaloid has two subsidiaries in North Macedonia and 19 subsidiaries and two representative offices abroad - in Serbia, Montenegro, Kosovo, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovenia, Romania, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Turkey, Ukraine, Russia, the U.S. and the UK.
