The Mostar airport hopes to have two weekly flights to Istanbul with Pegasus during the summer season, the Bosnian branch of Anadolu Agency reported on Friday, quoting the airport's director, Marko Duzel, as saying.

Duzel said the Mostar airport seeks to increase its destinations to ten in 2025 from the current six. It aims to serve 40,000 passengers this year and 60,000 next year.

The Mostar airport is one of Bosnia's four international airports. The others are located in Sarajevo, Banja Luka and Tuzla.
