April 23 (SeeNews) - Moldova's consolidated budget deficit dropped to 76.7 million lei ($6.2 million/4.8 million euro) in the first quarter of 2013 from 780.8 million lei a year earlier as revenue advanced faster than spending, the finance ministry said.
