CHISINAU (Moldova), April 4 (SeeNews) – Moldovan commercial bank FinComBank plans to double its stake in local carpet maker Floare-Carpet, offering to pay 4.5 million lei ($430,000/274,000 euro) for 12.13% of the company shares, the Moldovan Securities Commission, CNPF, said on Friday. FinComBank, which holds a 12.86% stake in Floare-Carpet now, offered to buy 738,286 shares at a price of 6.1 lei per share, higher than their par value of 6.0 lei, CNPF said in a statement.
