September 16 (SeeNews) - The average monthly cost of Moldova's consumer basket, measuring the per-capita cost of basic goods and services, rose by an annual 3.7% to 1,667.7 lei ($116.3/89.9 euro) in the first half of the year, the country's statistics bureau said on Tuesday.
