CHISINAU (Moldova), November 2 (SeeNews) – Moldova turned to a 289.2 million lei ($25.6 million/17.7 million euro) budget surplus at the end of October this year, as spending rose faster than revenue, compared with a 801.2 million lei surplus a year earlier, Finance Ministry figures showed on Friday.
