September 7 (SeeNews) - Bosnian insurer Osiguranje Aura [BANJ:AURO-R-A] said that its majority shareholder, local businessman Zoran Tunjic, has purchased 19,979 shares in the company.
The stock was acquired on August 31, Osiguranje Aura said in a bourse filing on Monday.

Tunjic now holds a 99.98% stake in the insurance company, Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE) data showed on September 7.
The price of the transaction was not disclosed.
The state-owned Investment-Development Bank of Bosnia's Serb Republic, IRBRS, said in June it was looking to sell 19,980 shares, representing a 38.06% stake in Osiguranje Aura, at a starting price of 108 marka per share, or 2.16 million marka ($1.3 million/1.1 million euro) in total.
IRBRS held a 19.03% stake in Osiguranje Aura through its Restitution Fund and another 19.03% stake through its Share Fund.
