SKOPJE (Macedonia), September 30 (SeeNews) – Macedonia and Moldova joined the EU programme for Competitiveness of Enterprises and Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (COSME) running from 2014 to 2020 with a total budget of 2.3 billion euro ($2.9 billion), the European Commission said.
