ISTANBUL (Turkey), July 14 (SeeNews) – The International Finance Corporation (IFC) said it is considering providing a 35 million euro ($48 million) loan to Turkish company ATM Saglik Kayseri Yatirim ve Isletme Anonim Sirketi to finance the establishment of a health campus in Kayseri, central Turkey, under a public private partnership (PPP) project with Turkey’s health ministry.
