December 27 (SeeNews) - Hungary's Talentis International Construction Investments Kft has acquired Bosnian cement plant Lukavac Cement for an undisclosed amount, Lukavac Cement said.
The acquisition was closed at the end of last week, Lukavac Cement said in a press release on Tuesday, without providing further details about the deal.

Talentis is owned by Hungarian businessman and former politician Lorinc Meszaros, according to Bosnian media reports.
Previously, Austria's building materials company Asamer Baustoffe AG owned the cement plant.
Lukavac Cement was established in 1974.
